CHAKRA INTRODUCTION
The first seven Chakras are energy centers in the physical body where emotions and beliefs are transformed into a state of well-being - your health.
Chakras 8 through 10 are not seen as part of the internal seven chakras. They are the part of your energy body that openly receives the miracles in your life. These chakras extend from the crown of the head.
Each of these energy centers contains a universal, spiritual life lesson that you must learn as you evolve into higher consciousness.
